Backing the Future: Dynamic Syndications and St George Illawarra Dragons Unite with same Red & White Belief.

There are moments in sport when history repeats itself,
and there are moments when history reshapes itself.

In 1999, when the proud forces of the St George Illawarra Dragons united for the first time, Dynamic Syndications stood beside them.

That inaugural season required belief. It required vision. It required commitment. The Dragons surged all the way to a Grand Final.

Dynamic Syndications was there — as a corporate sponsor of the club and proudly aligned player partner with one of its fiercest competitors, Lance Thompson.

It was a partnership built on shared values. Preparation. Execution. Competitive fire.

Fast forward to 2026 — and once again, we stand aligned with the Dragons.

Dynamic Syndications has re-established its corporate commitment to the Dragons.

Proudly backing the famous red and white. Proudly supporting the club through every challenging chapter. All great sporting organisations understand — no era stands still.

Recent events have ushered in significant change:

A new voice; direction; opportunity.

With one of Dragon’s favourite sons — Dean Young stepping into the interim head coaching role, the Dragons have turned the page toward a fresh chapter — one built on development, resilience and long-term vision. These challenges won’t be easy, nor will they be instantly attainable. However, they are about laying the foundations today to achieve success tomorrow.

At Dynamic Syndications, we understand this moment instinctively.

Because this is what elite sport demands.

Adaptation.
Decision making.
Backing the future.

In racing, we live it every day. Horses develop. Plans evolve. Opportunities emerge. Success belongs to those who recognise potential early — and have the conviction to act.

That is why we are excited to announce our new alignment at the Dragons.

Dynamic Syndications is proud to be the Player Partner and support emerging half-back Kade Reed, who recently made his NRL debut.

This is the essence of what we do. We identify talent early. We invest before the spotlight arrives. We back the future.

Kade Reed represents the future.

A young playmaker stepping into elite competition. Learning his craft. Adapting to speed and pressure. Building the foundations of a long-term career at the top level.

The parallels to our industry are undeniable.

At the yearling sales, we are not buying finished products.

We are selecting young equine athletes with the scope to develop into racetrack stars.

They are then nurtured, educated, developed and conditioned before reaching their peak.

The rewards, when they come, are deeply satisfying.

Two iconic entities in the Dragons and Dynamic Syndications within their respective sporting arenas.

Both driven by performance. Both measured by results. Both understanding that the journey to the top is never linear.

Different fields of endeavour. Same ambitions:

Red and white.
Tradition and belief.
Execution and excellence.

Dynamic Syndications support the Dragons on their similar journey.

A new coach.
A reshaped roster.
A renewed focus on development.

It takes time. It requires patience. But the rewards — when realised — are significant.

Dynamic Syndications remains unwavering in our support.

Our commitment is not dictated by short-term results. It is built on belief.

Belief in the next generation.
Belief in the process.
Belief in the club.

As a family business, Dean Watt and Adam Watt work side by side in pursuit of racetrack success — mirroring the unity, trust and shared vision required in elite team sport.

That type of consistency does not happen by chance.

It is
culture. It is discipline. It is experience forged over decades at the top level.

Team Dynamic with a Strike Rate over 91 percent Winners to Runners, are closing in on a significant achievement milestone1,000 race victories.

That level of successful performance is not accidental. Our success is based upon four pillars:

Transparency, Integrity, Service, Results.

Our silks are instantly recognisable across Australia — white body, red cap, and the red Dynamic Syndications logo which is the same shape as a rugby league ball. These same colours that define the famous St George jersey.

Red and white are more than colours.

They are identity.
They are heritage.
They are expectation.

Dynamic Syndications boss Dean Watt has syndicated winners of the Golden Slipper, Blue Diamond, Magic Millions and the Cox Plate — achievements at the very pinnacle of racing.

In 2026, that success continues.

Since the beginning of this 2026 calendar year Adam Watt has guided AXIUS to win the $1 million Magic Millions "Snippets" and PIGGYBACK captured the Group 3 Parramatta Cup.

True success at the highest level, in one of the most competitive sporting landscapes in Australia.

We know what it feels like to stand in the winner’s circle.

We also know the humility that comes when things do not go your way.

Sport is emotional. It is tribal. It is passionate. That is precisely why alignment matters.

We understand the Business of Winning.

We understand the Pressure and Expectation.

We understand Exhilaration and Heartache treating both those emotions equally.

We understand the Journey required to reach the Top.

Importantly we recognise it in others.

The Dragons, under new leadership, are building.

Young players are emerging.
Opportunities are being created.
The next generation is stepping forward.

Kade Reed is part of that story.

A debutant yesterday. A prospect today. A talent tomorrow.

History is important however it’s not always about yesterday’s results - it’s about tomorrows.

As Team Dynamic advance through the heights of each Racing Carnival, we proudly align with the Dragons as they navigate their evolving new era.

Dynamic Syndications is a family business.

Dean Watt as Managing Director. Adam Watt as Director of Racing and Sales.

Father and son, working side-by-side in pursuit of racetrack success.

In rugby league, preparation meets opportunity on eighty minutes of grass.

In racing, preparation meets opportunity in a flash of silks and controlled chaos.

The principles are identical:

Execute the plan.
Trust the process.
Embrace the contest.
Learn from defeat.
Celebrate victory.

We see the depth of talent in this group.

We see the ongoing development.

We understand that building a force takes time.

We happily align for the ride.
