A snapshot of the success JUSTIFY is having on the racetrack with his first crop progeny has converted to the salering at the 2022 Keeneland September Yearling Sales. After the first 2 days of the main sale, JUSTIFY has had 13 yearlings sell. They have Grossed $7,325,000 USD for an Average of $563,461 USD and a Median of $480,000 USD. A Colt Sold for $1.1m USD and a Filly Sold for $1.05m USD.

During the opening session of the 2022 Keeneland September Yearling Sale AMERICAN PHAROAH had eight yearlings sell for an Average $338,125 USD with a $305,000 USD Median. Lot 72, was an American Pharoah filly out of the broodmare Taylor S, was purchased for $725,000 taking pole position as the most expensive yearling by American Pharoah during the Day 1 opening session.

Friday 9 September the Magic Millions held a unique Online Auction where amongst horses being offered, there were two (2) distinct drafts full of interest and merit to the marketplace. Having done a complete due diligence assessment upon them. Dynamic Syndications were able to buy 3 fantastic horses for our owners to race. 3Two 2yo Fillies and a 3yo Gelding.

TOO MUCH CLASS recorded Trainer Jack Bruce’s 10th Winner as a Trainer from just 31 Starters (32.3% W:R) with 7 Seconds and 3 thirds. That’s 20 of Jack’s 31 Starters have finished in the placings (64.5%). Jack was on hand to welcome back to scale TOO MUCH CLASS and jockey Ben Thompson as our mighty mare was led into the Winner’s Circle, after she had demolished her opposition to pick up the $27,500 winners’ cheque.

Despite leading third-crop sire CAPITALIST having a winning double over the past few days, the leading sire is nervously looking over his shoulder as Arrowfield Stud’s boom sire SHALAA is coming after pole position in the hotly contested, Third Season Sires Premiership race just 5 weeks into the new racing season. SHALAA has now achieved 11 Individual Winners / 45 runners (24.4%) and Earnings of $457,803.

JUSTIFY is considered “too valuable” to risk being returned to Australia as a shuttle sire this spring, however there is tremendous interest in the undefeated USA Triple Crown winner JUSTIFY now as a first crop sire in the Northern Hemisphere. Keeping us here in Australia enthralled over the first 4 months of the season in the USA, JUSTIFY was at it again over the weekend, siring his twelfth (12th) Individual Winner Champions Dream who was highly impressive on debut on Saturday in the US and will have his first crop of Australian runners head to the track this season.

Congratulations to our Newcastle based trainer JASON DEAMER and his terrific team for presenting our Dynamic mare ZOU DE MOON to the races in such magnificent order. Also, a big thanks to our jet pilot Tim Clark as he was able to wave his wand to produce a magical ride, assisting ZOU DE MOON to hold off all challengers with a gutsy WIN in Race 4 at Warwick Farm on Wednesday afternoon.
