Depths of Winter in Mudgee. Overnight temperatures of minus -2 degrees is the average; morning frost ensures the grass crackles under foot; whilst Heavy fog has settled, and we don’t see the sun until mid-morning. Common sense would have most of us indoors in the air conditioning or fire blazing or still under the blankets, but that won’t get our horses worked. As daylight breaks the Team of riders and ground staff under the careful eye and control of outstanding horseman Mack Griffith prepare our Dynamic Syndications horses to go through their paces.
