Big races are not handed out — they are hunted down — and on Saturday at Rosehill Gardens our courageous mare Piggyback did exactly that, storming home to capture the Group 3 ATC Parramatta Cup (1900m) in a performance that blended patience, power and poise. Prepared by Ciaron Maher and ridden by Dylan Gibbons Piggyback claimed her second G3 Win and 7th Victory in 20 starts.

There are victories that are comfortable… and then there are victories that make your heart skip a beat. On Thursday at Hawkesbury, SPACEBALLS delivered the latter launching with a withering late surge to claim the lucky last, the Clarendon Tavern F&M Benchmark 64 Handicap over 1300 metres, in a finish that had everyone on their feet.

When we travel to the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale each year, we do so with a very clear framework. We are not there to simply buy horses — we are there to identify athletes that meet a strict set of criteria: physical type, pedigree strength, proven genetic patterns, commercial viability and, importantly, the ability to give our owners a genuine opportunity to race a quality horse. This year, one colt in particular fitted that brief from the moment we inspected him.

There are wins that build confidence, and there are wins that confirm a horse is heading in the right direction. At Taree on 13 February, DOLLARS produced the latter, delivering a commanding performance to win the Budgeree Holsteins Class 1 & Maiden Plate over 1614 metres in a fashion that left little doubt he was the best horse in the race.

A filly we had prized highly in the draft of Arrowfield Stud at the 2026 Inglis Classic was Lot 393 by successful sire MAURICE (JPN) from the USA bred mare SCANDALEUSE (USA). MAURICE is the sire of 34 stakes winners with 7 Gr1 winners including triple Australian Classic winner Hitotsu. Having done our due diligence, this filly met every metric we search for to identify tomorrow’s champions today. Lot 393 was heading home with Team Dynamic. ​

The 2026 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale at the Inglis Riverside Complex at Warwick Farm, kicked off at 10:00am on Sunday the 8th February and the FIRST LOT into the Salering was a fantastic filly by Champion racehorse and Sire DUNDEEL from the brilliantly bred USA mare FAIROUZ (USA), a daughter of one of the best sires on the planet in DUBAWI. Lot 1 found a new home when she was knocked down to the bid of $80,000 + GST to Adam Watt from DYNAMIC SYNDICATIONS.

Beautifully bred 4yo gelding FIRST THOUGHT was facing the starter for the seventh (7th) time in his career, third-up from a spell and out to a more suitable distance. He presented connections with the “warm and fuzzies” when breaking his maiden in strong fashion at the Yarra Valley meeting on Saturday in Victoria.

Dynamic Syndications Sunday 25/1/26 proudly secured Lot 135 at the New Zealand Bloodstock Yearling Sales — a quality bay colt by champion sire Savabeel, out of the dual stakes-placed Pins mare Smashing. This is a proven, elite mating. The Savabeel over Pins cross is one of the most successful sire-broodmare sireline combinations in Australasia, producing 154 starters for 118 winners (76.6% w:r), including 19 stakes winners (16.1% sw:w). It is a cross we know intimately and one where we have already enjoyed significant success through our multiple stakes-winning mare Savapinski.​

Dynamic 4yo gelding PICCADERRO (Sire: Pierro / Dam: Piccadillies (Uncle Mo (USA)), resumed from a spell and was backed into a dominant $2.45 favourite when scoring professionally at Taree on Friday afternoon, to break his maiden in fine style, albeit with there were some colourful adjectives being uttered under the breath until his rider found clear galloping room late in the race.
